Searching genealogical records I found that the recipient of this post card, Mrs. C. L. Burkhart is Louise A. Burkhart and that her husband was Clinton Leonard Burkhart. CL Burkhart listed Louise as his spouse on both this WWI and WWII Draft Registration Cards.
