Your delightful and thoughtful list of foods came just in time! I have been out to dinner with Philip Hofer to celebrate his birthday after the day at Nora with Shoji Yamanaka. It all seems even more beautiful and magical than one had imagined. I have yet to experience Tokyo which is something else again then back to the ship and onto Hawaii whenever we fly home Mar-26.
