I want to thank you and Herald for this post card. I would have sent you a card before now, although you would have sent one for me, I now have 14. You have a grand view of the city from here. I now write in the room for the diplomats and out in the chair for the secretary of state. General (?) is in here and many others. We were with Mis Guldouy (?) . Then right there were large gloncoser, with wax figures of the navy and war officers with some playing cards. You would think they could speak. Yours with love, Ida E. F.
