I am afraid I shall not be able to write today. I have promised to take Miss Pam to Christ Church this morning and then I have to dine with the Ds in the afternoon. I want to get other letters written. Anyway I’ve no letters to answer save Redodon. Thank him for letter enclosed. I had one row with the Union people this week. I’ll have another tomorrow. I was unable to attend this morning as I did not wake until 8:15. Last evening I went & posted your postcard, bought a few new ones, and came home to attend till Midnight, well at first, but after I couldn't apply and got a headache which I now possess. Expect that I will soon be writing you.
