Dear Miss Rominger,

I cannot thank you enough for your great kindness. After leaving you in San Diego, I went sightseeing and then down to Agua Caliente. Afterwards, I went back to the Exposition and from there to the train. I was all over the city of Los Angeles yesterday, and expect to be "on the go" these two days I have left here in your beautiful town. This certainly is a wonderful country and I just hate to have to leave it so soon. Hoping that I see you again sometime, somewhere. The best wishes and thanks. Sincerely yours,
