Dear Holly,

Ever so many thanks for your lovely cards and nice letter. It is indeed kind of you. In my seventh week and I am still here Holly; by jove if I do feel ashamed of myself and I must go home next week as I want to go to the Adelaide and stay for Christmas. So must get some more clothes ready as I have worn out nearly everything I possess. Will make up for this dear when I return and write a long letter. It is lovely weather here. I am brown as a ? and feel so well. Just live in the surf. Guess I will be back here ere long. Hope to live here some day in the near future. Hope you are all well.

Sincerely,

Winnie
