Dear Ruby,

Just a few lines in answer to your Post Card and glad to hear you are all well. How did you find out that fred wrote? He is a real trick. Are you still away from home? I wish I was down there too. If mum was better I would come back there more than one place to go to. Remember me to all. I heard that Miss Ross's girl is a cross eyed as Hugbie so she must be pretty. How is the concert going? The squanders daughter is in the Burra tomorrow night. I don't know if I will go or not. Not much to go with that is the worst you and Lily out to be here. We would enjoy ourselves. Drawn to a close. hoping you are all well.
