My Dear Mrs. Thank you. Posted letter received, was so sorry to see you was so ill. I can truly sympathy with you and I sincerely hope you will soon be better. You did certainly have lots to upset you besides your own sickness. There is too many dreadful things happening all of the time Cathy. It is no wonder a person gets nervous. Our oldest son is nervous wreck since his Brakeman was killed a few weeks ago. We are having cold stormy weather. I do wish it would get warm. I am going to try go to Battle Creek Michigan for a few days, visit if I keep well enough just to see if the change will help me. I will drop you a card from there.
