Dear Auntie,

I don't know if I owed you a letter or not, so I am dropping you a card to see how you are. Mother is not too well tonight. Washing today to ... of it... is green picnic on Thursday. Mother's pig has 4 young ones and she's going to do wonders. How is Uncle? Suppose he is too busy now to drop a line on a card. Heard you were doing a great trade. Want rain pretty badly down here.
