Dear Grandma:

The dollar came all right. I think might buy a little rocking chair with it. I hope santa will be good to you. The weather is so cold we can’t get down shed. I guess Daddy will go tomorrow. My mother says I am a better boy every day. My sled is almost finished. In a snow like a risk is it.
